Today is my Dad’s birthday. And as I sit to write in his card, I am impacted by one statement.
“As those who have gone before left you an inheritance of faith, so will you leave us your own inheritance of faith.”

Today was ‘one of those days.’ Although, truth be told, most days actually run into the other and are seemingly ALL ‘One of those days’. The rare days are the ones free of fits, tantrums, battle of wills and pure exhaustion. And let’s face it, they just don’t come around very often – not when living with a 3.5 year old.

We have introduced a new addition to our home! The lovely, the sweet, the absolute perfect (she IS, after all still only three months old) Princess Emma Isobel Corrine! She arrived on March 30 and we have been loving most every minute since (lets be honest, those newborn scream fests and exhausting growth spurts are more lived then enjoyed!) Here she is – Continue reading The blur of time

My pastor has been speaking on a great practical series involving margins. Margins in our lives, time margins, financial margins, spiritual margins and so on…. its been an enlightening series, one that I have been challenged on significantly.
